Backend Engineer (Logistics / Shipping Platform) · iShip Service Co., Ltd.

Develop and maintain a multi-courier logistics platform that integrates multiple shipping providers into a single operational system.

  • ▹Built a multi-carrier shipping platform integrating Flash Express, MakeSend, DHL, Ninja Van, Thailand Post, and Shopee Express with create, cancel, and real-time tracking support.
  • ▹Designed and implemented a dynamic pricing engine based on zone, weight or size, temperature type, COD, discounts, and pickup fees.
  • ▹Implemented webhook pipelines for shipment status updates, parcel dimension updates, and automatic price recalculation.
  • ▹Built MakeSend API v2 integration covering master data, area lookup, price calculation, shipment creation, cancellation, and tracking.
  • ▹Implemented service-area validation for both origin and destination coverage before shipment creation.
  • ▹Designed a credit ledger system to track service charges, pickup fees, COD transactions, and webhook-triggered financial adjustments.
  • ▹Built price-difference reconciliation by tracking number and implemented comprehensive audit logging for requests, responses, webhooks, and pricing events.
  • ▹Integrated Telegram, Line, and customer webhook notifications for shipment status and billing events while supporting backend architecture, data modeling, and production operations.
